1st DAY
Transfer from airport / station to the hotel. Reception at the hotel, check-in and room assignment. In the afternoon visit to the Egyptian Museum, a fascinating journey among mummies, sarcophagi and extraordinary finds. The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities is a real highlight of the city, being the most important in Europe and the second largest in the world after that of Cairo. 2nd DAY
Breakfast at the hotel and meeting with the guide who will accompany you throughout the day. Visit of the Reggia di Venaria, the residence of the Savoy family who inspired the project of the Palace of Versailles. The palace is fully accessible in all its glory. In case of need, some outdoor wheelchairs are available free of charge at the reception, allowing access to the gardens, for which an aid is still recommended. In addition, in some periods the visit of the gardens is available via a horse-drawn vehicle, available for a small surcharge. Lunch with a typical Piedmontese menu. In the afternoon guided tour of the city, with a visit to the Basilica della Consolata Sanctuary and the Real Church of San Lorenzo, two of the most significant religious monuments in the city. Breakfast at hotel. Visit of the Mole Antonelliana, symbol of the city and seat of the National Cinema Museum. Among exhibits, evocative settings and screenings, the museum reconstructs the history of cinema from the dawn to today, in the heart of the city where the Italian film industry was born more than a century ago.
